Returns and Replacements

If you were shipped an incorrect product or a different product than your ordered, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us 855-773-7770 within two days of receiving the product. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how and where to ship the goods. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge.

  1. Wrong Products Received: Contact our sales department before returning your item to receive your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. We do not accept returns without a RMA Number.
  3. After you fill out and submit the RMA form, it will take about 2 to 4 business days until you will be given an RMA number.
  4. We will assist you with return shipping instructions
  5. You must have return instructions and an RMA number included in the return shipment that you have received for this item from a DecorMyPalace representative or via email.
  6. The package must be shipped back to the location specified in's RMA instructions, at your cost. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item.
  7. Clearance items, custom and special orders, and international shipments are not eligible for return
  8. Product must be returned in original packaging and must have absolutely no signs of use or wear.
  9. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on any exchanges or refunds.
  10. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product.
  11. After 14 days of receiving of goods, no exchanges or returns can be made.
  12. Refunds are usually issued within 10 business days from when we receive the product back.
  13. Refunds will be credited the full amount less the freight and restocking fee.
  14. We will only send out the replacement once we have received the returned good and after it has been inspected.
  15. You can contact us to check on the status of the returned goods.
  16. If any of the above conditions have not been meet, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S).


  1. Before signing for the delivery receipt, please inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage.
  2. If you find damage on any portion of the shipment, you must indicate such damage on the Bill of Lading.
  3. Refuse the shipment in the case of extreme damage and note "refused due to damage"
  4. b. If the deliveryman does not give you the time to inspect the delivery package, make a note on the Bill of Lading: "Deliveryman did not allow for inspection."
  5. If the shipment was not inspected at the time of delivery and the damage is not documented on the Bill of Lading, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending out the replacement merchandise.
  6. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, will provide free replacements of standard/stock merchandise for issues reported within 14 days.
  7. Be advised that many suppliers for special order such as vanities, Jacuzzis, tubs, whirlpools, shower doors and steam showers, give you only 24 hours to report any damages to receive a refund or replacement.
